We fall in love to procreate. If you can’t procreate then you’re not in love, you’re just sick or confused. The Bible says it’s wrong, and I live in a Christian nation. I would hope that my government would follow the Bible. Gays shouldn’t marry because regardless of them being in “love”, it would take away from straight, real marriage. Also, I wouldn’t want my children to see that kind of disgusting thing between two people of the same sex. It’s just wrong.

That’s my opinion, and your “logic” won’t change my mind, so fuck you.

Any Christian who posts something like this is a hypocrite.

I’m not saying that I don’t believe homosexuality is a sin, because I do believe that. The point I’m trying to make is that we shouldn’t go around bad-mouthing them and condemning them. The thing to do is speak the truth in love.

But look at Matthew 22:37-40: Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ ³⁸This is the first and greatest commandment. ³⁹And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ ⁴⁰All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Here, JESUS is saying that ‘love your neighbor as yourself’ is the second most important commandment.

Think about it this way: the Bible says, “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). This means that you are doing wrong things too. The amazing thing about God’s grace is that it IS grace. ANYONE, no matter how bad of a person you think they are, can be saved if they choose God.

Nobody, not even a Christian (and, I might argue, especially not a Christian), has the right OR duty to condemn other people. We are human, too, and in order to be Christlike, we have to love the people around us.

The best thing a Christian can do is seek to glorify God and let him speak through you. Take every opportunity you are given to speak the truth in love, and let God do the working.
